If you're not satisfied with your Pilates Studio access purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date.

How to request a refund

Email us through our Contact Us page within 14 days of paying. Please include the email address of your account and your payment date. We process refunds ourselves through PayFast, our secure payment provider.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, the amount you paid is returned to your original payment method (card or bank account) and your full Pilates Studio access ends. Refunds usually take a few working days to reflect, depending on your bank. The Information Session and Classes 1–8 remain free to use.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under South African law.
